I studied art for three years at Digby Stuart College, London and later did a BA in Art History and Journalism at Rhodes University with a post graduate year as a special student studying ceramics.
I have enjoyed painting landscapes, still lives and figures, but more recently have been involved in abstract work. I tackle the canvas often with particular colours in mind and see where the paint takes me. The process involves over painting until something starts to come together. I enjoy studying other artists work and some paintings create excitement that fuels my activities in art.
